End: Holiday to Melaka (City of World Heritage)

After breakfast, the children played in the pool. We checked out of Avillion Legacy Melaka around noon. Tried Avillion's Hi-Tea offer (RM28 per adult, RM16 per Child below 12 y.o.). This is our first Hi-Tea together in a hotel. Hassan enjoyed the Cheese Mussels, I had Tomato Mutton. Had ourselves a few cups of ABC (DIY) and cones after cones of ice-creams ... Finally leave the hotel at 2 p.m. and heads to the town centre (Bandar Hilir). Rainy, jammed pack traffic and no parking space. So, we head out to Ayer Keroh targeting to enjoy the ATV, Buggy and another rounds on the Go-Kart. But, when we finally arrived, it rained cats and dogs.

So, we head home. Stopped by Putrajaya to visit the Fiesta 2011 (Hot Air Baloon) but Putrajaya also had a downpour. Sad, we head home yet again.

Near home, we stopped by Din's Tomyam Restaurant, Jln Kota Raja, Klang & had our dinner there ...

Holiday #1: Melaka

Last Dec 2010, we stayed here in Avillion Legacy Melaka for 3 nights in a Premier Junior Suite & won ourself a one night stay in a Superior Room (room lucky draw).

Arrived in Ayer Keroh, Melaka at 11:20 a.m. & stop by the X-treme Park (near Croc Farm). We enjoyed Buggy rides and done a few rounds in the Go-Carts. Then off to Mydin Superstore. After Jumaat prayer, went direct to Avillion Legacy Hotel. Later in the afternoon, went out to AEON Bandaraya Melaka (near hotel). Got J-CO donuts take-outs, cancelled program to trim the boys' hair (and mine) because the saloon's full.

As usual, we stop by the Asam Pedas Malinja Restaurant to dine with various Asam Pedas and the ever famous Roti Canai Terbang Malinja. Tomorrow's another day of packed schedules including travelling home.

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT COURSE

Today, I've attended the first day of a Business Performance Management course (a two days course).
It was the most boring course I've ever attended. It's because of the Facilitator cum Lecturer who was so obsessed with himself. His voice was so monotonous and couldn't attract our interest to this 'heavy' topic.

Tomorrow is the last day. I'll surely smack him silly when i evaluate his session end of day tomorrow.

But when thinking that this coming Friday i'll be taking my family to Melaka for a two days one night holiday, suddenly the stress seems nothing ... We'll be staying at the Avillion Legacy Melaka ...

School Holiday (1st term) - 2011

First term school holiday starts today, ends 20-MAR-2011.
Hope traffic for the whole week is clear. My elders son's birthday is coming on 14th Mar. He wanted a new wallet but with conditions (not leather/denim, looks fancy/funky/trendy like the one he's using now; Quiksilver).

Last Thursday, my wife attended an IBM conference in One World Hotel, Bandar Utama. As always, there's a lucky draw at the end of the event. She won herself second prize, a Lenovo Ideapad S10 netbook. Alhamdulillah ...

Cuti sekolah penggal pertama bermula hari ini, berakhir 20-MAC-2011.
Harap trafik untuk seminggu ini lancar. Anak lelaki sulungku bakal menyambut hari lahirnya pada 14 Mac. Dia mahukan satu beg duit baru tetapi dengan syarat (bukan kulit/kain, nampak bergaya/molek seperti yang dia guna sekarang; Quiksilver).


Khamis lalu, isteriku menghadiri konferen IBM di Hotel One World, Bandar Utama. Seperti kebiasaan, ada cabutan bertuah di penghujung acara. Dia menang untuk dirinya hadiah kedua, sebuah netbook Lenovo Ideapad S10. Alhamdulillah ...
